The staff is very helpful. They don’t push items on you or products. They’re there to help you and explain everything to you about their products and equipment.

I really like coming to this place good used selection practice bays are always open and the staff are a really cool group of people. Went to change my putter grip and ended up laughing and chatting with the two guys behind the counter for like 10mins went back a few days later and a employee named Pete just walked up to me on the putting green and gave me like a 25 minute Putting lesson 😂 cool place cool people

Toxic environment. The employees here have horrible customer service. Instead of welcoming new incomers to the sport they enjoy belittling you instead. Especially the Juliana golf instructor. I took a few lessons with her and she was pleasant however when she is working the front her demeanor changes. Proves the energy there is toxic or maybe she felt someway for having to work in the front. We came in to regrip clubs and she completely forced her opinion on my step son stating he only regripped his clubs because his friends did. Mind you she had never met him before or ever had a conversation with him lol, she just needed to prove everyone wrong that day. Then she went on to state, “why would you regrip when the pros all use standard grip” yadda yadda. She must be upset working the weekend and never making it pro. Word of advise wear garlic around your neck before entering this store cause they will suck the positivity out of you 😂 Also don’t take lessons at this store. Find someone more professional!

I came in very late, about 5 minutes before closing to get a putter grip change because I play in the AM. Angel took great care of me when he didn’t have to. Took his time making sure the grip was aligned. BIG THANK YOU ANGEL

I came in for a driver fitting and was paired with Hector. I am pretty new to golf and have been playing with an inexpensive beginner set. As an early Christmas present, I was gifted the fitting and new driver. After analyzing my swing with my current driver and trying out several others, Hector recommended keeping my own driver for a bit longer, and turned the fitting into a lesson instead. He worked on my swing and taught me some drills to practice at home. He didn’t focus on making the sale, and instead chose to offer guidance, honesty, and patience (my swing is ugly lol!). For the ladies out there: he is soft spoken, makes you feel comfortable, and takes away all embarrassment issues. Thank you again Hector, for an outstanding experience!
